Jeffrey Harmon Smith

     Jeffrey Harmon Smith is a native of Chicago, Illinois.  He received his undergraduate degree in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric and Law from The University of Chicago.  His law degree is from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

     For the past twenty-five years Jeffrey has practiced law in the entertainment industry, specializing in television contracts and rights and related issues.  Currently, Jeffrey has his own private practice.  Formerly, he was Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs for Lifetime Networks.  Prior to that he was with CBS Inc. and Rainbow Media.

     Jeffrey serves on the Steering Committee for the Lesbian and Gay Fellowship of St, Bart’s (St. Bartholomew Church).  In addition, Jeffrey has performed as an actor/singer in New York.
